欧阳秋丽,博士,副教授,硕士生导师
主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、湖南省自然科学基金青年基金项目、湖南省教育厅优秀青年项目各1项,湘潭大学博士科研启动项目1项,参与国家自然科学基金2项,在Postharvest Biology and Technology、Frontiers in Microbiology、BMC genomics、Food Control、食品科学等期刊上发表学术论文多篇,申请专利1项。
